Privacy Policy — ListaPax

This policy describes how the ListaPax application (published by Eleven Aviação Ltda.) handles your data.

Summary

ListaPax does not collect, does not transmit, and does not store on servers any personal data. Everything you register (aircraft, passengers, crew, flights) stays exclusively on your device, in a local database protected by iOS / iPadOS.

Data the app stores

Locally, on your device:

• Aircraft — registration, ICAO type, operator, manufacturer, serial number and registered crew
• Passengers — name, documents (ID, passport), phone, nationality, date of birth
• Flights — date, time, origin, destination, notes, snapshot of the passenger and crew list
• Favorite emails — frequent recipients for sending the PDFs
• App preferences — profile chosen at onboarding, count of generated PDFs

This data never leaves your device. We do not send it to any Eleven server or third party.

Data the app does NOT collect

• Analytics: no analytics, telemetry or behavioral tracking SDK
• Location: we do not request or use GPS
• Account / login: no signup, login, online profile
• Advertising identifiers: no IDFA, fingerprinting or similar
• Advertising: the app does not display third-party ads

Sharing

ListaPax only shares content when you explicitly trigger one of the three actions below, and only the content you chose (the generated PDF):

1. Print — sends the PDF to a printer via AirPrint, native iOS flow
2. Email — opens the default iOS mail app with the PDF attached
3. Share — opens the iOS share sheet (WhatsApp, AirDrop, Files, Drive, etc.) with the PDF attached

Eleven has no access to the content of these PDFs or to the recipients you choose.

In-app purchase

If you purchase ListaPax PRO, the transaction is processed directly by Apple through StoreKit (App Store). Eleven only receives from Apple the confirmation that the purchase was made, without any personal data, credit card or identification. Receipt validation, when applicable, happens on Apple's own servers.

Children

ListaPax is intended for aviation professionals (pilots, operators, dispatchers) and does not knowingly collect data from minors under the age of 13.

User rights

Since no personal data is processed by Eleven, there is no data for you to request correction, deletion or portability — all data is on your own device and can be deleted at any time:

• Deleting records individually inside the app
• Uninstalling the app (removes the entire local database)

Changes will be reflected on this page. The update date is always shown at the top.
